Well, here's a first for Spooky Little Halloween: it's 10 days after Halloween, and I'm just now getting around to sharing more of my home tour.
But then…that kind of feels appropriate given it’s 2020. 🤷♀️
I previously shared a tour of my bathroom, hall and coffee bar. In that post I mentioned one of the things I wanted to capture this year was that “Halloween glow” I love so much. It’s one of those “if you know, you know” kinda things.
I also wanted to try and group similar decor together, and my bedroom quickly became the spot for all my magic- and witchy-related signs and decor. I love it so much, I think it’s going to become a permanent part of the Spooky Little Apartment, in fact.
Take the tour!

These Martha Stewart paper bats have gotten SO much use over the years. Easily one of my favorite things to decorate with. I’m going to miss them when they finally bite the dust.

That glow!

I bought this skull for my Monster Mash-themed Halloweenie Roast in 2018…and I had forgotten about it. I loved in on top of this stack of spooky books on my nightstand.

More spooky book stacks and a JOL!

Because who doesn’t want to see this face every night?

My magic shelf! This usually houses some of my favorite books, crystals and photos…but I really like how this turned out and think it’s going to stay.

Would you believe me if I told you that pumpkin is more than a year old? I love that ornamentals last so long!

Here’s a book you don’t want to end up in…

Yup. I’m one of those basic bitches with a letterboard I update every so often. It’s usually snarky messages or song lyrics, like here, though.

More books! Because when you have a ton…why not decorate with them?

Isn’t this bat mask gorgeous? Two of my friends gave it to me for my birthday this year – they brought it back from Italy when they traveled there in December 2019!

It doesn’t look like much, but this was my fave corner of the bedroom this season.

You definitely have that Halloween Glow! 🎃 I love the tombstone lights over the bed. Once your Martha Stewart wall bats go, you can always make your own. You simply fold black card stock in half, then draw half of a bat on one side. They can be cut like valentines and placed anywhere. Easiest DIY ever. No template needed. Enjoy the rest of autumn. 🍂

So true! I actually used those to create bats for my chandelier this year. :)
