And just like that...Halloween 2020 is a wrap!

It’s hard to believe it’s already October 31st. Every Halloween season goes quickly, but this year, in particular, seemed to FLY. Perhaps it was the travel I did in the heart of the season to enjoy a bit of fall in northern Wisconsin or maybe it’s just the cruelty of 2020, but I truly feel like I blinked and October was gone.

That doesn’t mean we haven’t had a ton of spooky fun all season long, though. It’s become a tradition to share some of my favorite blog posts of the season on Halloween day, so I hope you’ll enjoy taking another spin through my picks as we close out Halloween 2020.

Can't get out to go Halloween hunting this season? No worries! I can't either, so I'm going hunting online with small businesses in 2020 - up first is Em & Sprout, and Etsy shop I KNOW you'll fall in love with just like me.

1. Halloween Hunting

Usually by mid-July, I’m counting down to 5 p.m. on Fridays when I can leave work and go Halloween hunt at my favorite stores. Then I share the photos on the blog every Friday in August and September. Obviously, 2020 put a damper on that since I’ve been working from home since mid-March and in mid-July, Texas’ COVID cases were out of control. Instead, I opted shop online AND shop small! All eight businesses I featured sell Halloween treats all year long. CHECK THEM OUT

This countdown calendar is a printable you can enjoy with your family year after year and cost me less than $15 to put together. The back of every number has a Halloween fun fact on it! Happy Halloween Miranda. Halloween 2020 will be one to remember, though perhaps not quite as we would have liked. But the dedicated have found ways to celebrate regardless. I’ve enjoyed reading your blog and following your posts on Insta and look forward to more.
