So...how many of you also made resolutions to get fit, lose weight or be more active this year? ✋ Me too!

Before you panic, no I am NOT changing gears on you here and turning into a health and wellness blog. We’ll get to how Halloween factors into this in just a second…

But if you’re anything like me, you might find that resolution a tough one to stick with. Unless you’re one of those fitness nuts who lives to run (and zero offense if you are!), it’s easy to give up after a few weeks.

But what if you had the perfect spooky playlist to keep you motivated? Enter The Halloween Workout Playlist!

I’ve put together a playlist of 90-minutes worth of upbeat Halloween songs that will get your butt in gear and have you moving like the devil is chasing you. I’ve even test-driven it for you with my own workouts! My personal fave? “Addams Groove”.

The Halloween Workout Playlist

If Spotify is not your preferred method for streaming music, here is the complete playlist so you can create it yourself:

Halloween Workout Gear

But this post isn’t just about a playlist. We’re about to make your workouts extra fun because I’ve compiled a few pieces of workout gear that will keep you looking creepy too!

I Lift Halloween Candy Tank Top

And honestly? It’s the only kind of lifting I like to do! If you like snarky Halloween messages, this is the perfect one to let everyone know you lift. I like tank tops for work outs, but you can click the link for more styles. GET IT HERE

Skeleton Ribcage Tank Top

Here’s a tank for my guys – and anyone who prefers men’s tank tops for working out. I love the simplicity of this design. GET IT HERE

Occult Pattern Leggings

Solid color leggings are a bore. How much fun would these be paired with the skeleton tank? GET THEM HERE

Mummy Leggings

I am of the opinion that mummies don’t get nearly enough love when it comes to Halloween…so naturally, this legging print made the list. Plus, they come in capri length! GET THEM HERE

Jacked O’ Lantern Tank Top

I’m always partial to a good pun, and this tank top is the perfect option for working out while showing off your spooky side. GET IT HERE

Trick Treats and Squats

One more killer tank to remind you of why you’re doing all those squats…so you can enjoy a few more Halloween treats! GET IT HERE

Black and Orange Basketball Shorts

What’s better than Halloween-colored shorts for working out? Shorts that are reversible to the opposite color pattern! These were too fun not to include. GET THEM HERE

Ghost Running Shoes

And yes, you can find black and orange running shoes too. The thing that really puts these over the top? Their name: ghost! GET THEM HERE

Zombie Apocalypse Training Medal Holder

And finally, the perfect way to display all those race medals after you get in shape and run a marathon…so your friends know what you’re actually training for… GET IT HERE

How will you Halloweenify your workouts this year?

Share it in the comments, whether it’s a song suggestion for the playlist or another piece of spooky workout gear.

Happy haunting,

    Hey Miranda,

Thank you for this playlist, I’ve been itching for new songs to add a witchy-twist to my own workout playlist. Here’s one that I never get tired of hearing no matter how long I’ve been running:
    The Wolf – SIAMES

It’s upbeat and fun to use as either a cool down jam or a warm up inspo. song. I hope it gets you grooving!

OMG – I need that medal holder!! I have some great Halloween medals (like the virtual Great Pumpkin Run for the last 2 years) and the tie rack I have isn’t strong enough for them!

I have got to jump on that playlist, it looks awesome and just what I’ve been looking for! I’m so not a workout person. Unless it’s dancing, I do not like to get my sweat on. =____= But that Candy lifting tank might need to be a new wishlist item because that definitely sounds like more of my kind of a workout. And those mummy leggings, I’m so in love with.

I think the only thing I’m Halloweenify with fitness this year is my goal to working out. Hoping to get that postpartum body under control so I can cosplay Elvira at Midsummer Scream once more. ;P
