Halloween hunting in December? Why yes, my spooky little friend! That's exactly what we're doing today.
December blog posts are part of the 13 Days of Creepmas.
And it happens at just one store this time of year: Walgreens. For several years now, the U.S. pharmacy chain has stocked a small “Nightmare Before Christmas” collection of goodies during the holiday season. I was a bit late in popping into my local store this year, but I still wanted to share what I found!
You can see their 2017 collection and 2018 collection through those respective links. You can also check out their offerings online, though most of the items are only sold in stores or already out of stock. (I know! Such a bummer…)
If you see something you can’t live without, get thee to a local Walgreens ASAP!

This was the smallest display I’ve seen in recent years, but that could be due to me checking much later in the season than I normally do.

Oogie is always so festive, isn’t he?

This light-up necklace was super cute…and the perfect accessory to an ugly holiday sweater!

I do not need more spooky throw pillows. I do not need more spooky throw pillows. I do not need more…

I loved snowman Jack!

The perfect way to stay cozy while you watch your favorite holiday movie: Nightmare Before Christmas pajama pants!

These lights were fun…AND they played “This is Halloween!”

The only thing cuter than snowman Jack? Nutcracker snowman Jack!

WHICH ONE CAN’T YOU LIVE WITHOUT?
I’m pretty partial to those lights and snowman Jack…
Looking for more “Nightmare Before Christmas” goodies? Then you’ll want to make sure to stop by this post for 30+ things you need if you love Jack Skellington and co. as much as me!
Happy haunting,

Do you know when Walgreens puts up their nightmare before Christmas items? Do they wait until October or put it any time in September? I live in the New York City area and currently working on decorating my room nightmare before Christmas theme and I want to go and see the collection in my local Walgreens when they put it up but don’t know when they do.

What you’re looking at in this blog post is from what they put out for the winter holidays. This usually goes up after Thanksgiving.
However, Walgreens should be getting their regular Halloween decor now, if they don’t have it already. There is a LOT of NBC decor at TJ Maxx/Marshall’s/HomeGoods this year too.
