The first step towards having yourself a spooky little Christmas...is decorating for it!

I’ve been decorating for about three years, and I’m always amazed at the abundance of spooky holiday decor.

And we’re not talking slap a Jack Skellington on it and call it Halloween at Christmas. I mean legit creepy and Halloween-inspired decor you can use to, uh, wreck the halls.

Towards the end of the 13 Days of Creepmas, I’ll share a home tour of how I’ve decorated the Spooky Little Apartment. For now, here are 10 items you can trick or treat yourself to and haunt your own home for the holidays.

10 Things You Need to Decorate for Spooky Christmas

Creepy Cracker Die Cut

I am newly obsessed with Vintage Spooky Company and their Halloween-inspired die cuts. I especially love this nutcracker design. GET IT HERE

Ghost Throw Pillow

I love everything KMSxCo puts out, but I especially love her spooky spin on the holidays. How adorable would this candy cane-toting ghost look on your favorite armchair? GET IT HERE

Halloween Stocking

A Halloween stocking is one thing I don’t have just yet. I love this fabric from Joann’s and think a stocking is a perfect use for it. GET IT HERE

Frankie Monster Cracker

I don’t know why, but I really love Halloween nutcrackers…and Monster Crackers has an entire line of them, like this Frankenstein-inspired nutcracker. GET IT HERE

Ouija Ornament

Alexandra over at Me and Annabel Lee has quite the eye for gothic decor all year round. I especially love her holiday ornaments, like this Ouija board-inspired one. GET IT HERE

Seasons Greetings Gothic Banner

I love this banner for its blending of traditional holiday decor…and skulls. It’s perfect for a spooky little Christmas! GET IT HERE

Man-Eating Wreath

Okay, I couldn’t resist including at least one NBC-inspired item. Who doesn’t want this man-eating wreath for their front door at the holidays? GET IT HERE

Seasons Creepings Banner

Wish all your visitors well during the holiday season with this blood-drip banner. It comes in four colors, but the red is my favorite. GET IT HERE

Coal Candy Canes

Looking for some black candy canes for your tree? Give these coal candy canes a try! GET THEM HERE

Black Ombre Christmas Tree

I am in love with this tree. I received one from Treetopia earlier this fall, and I decorated it with a Beetlejuice theme. I love it so much, it’s staying up through the holiday season. It’s seriously the perfect tree for Halloween AND Spooky Christmas. GET IT HERE
