I can't believe I'm saying this, but the 2019 Halloween hunting season is here!
May 31st was the first day I spotted Halloween in stores this year, and I have to admit…I was shocked. This is by far the earliest I’ve spotted Halloween in a store, ever.
But I also couldn’t be more thrilled because wandering aisles of black and orange spooky stuff makes me feel SO at home. Plus, it won’t be long until it’s the end of summer and everyone’s shelves are full of Halloween.
So let’s stop chit-chatting about it and start window shopping – here are some of my favorite things I’ve spotted at At Home so far in the 2019 Halloween shopping season.

Hello, friends. Welcome back.

Skeletons galore! I’m in love with that skull mirror at the center left.

This Dragon Games collection is definitely a nod to “Game of Thrones” and would be SUCH a cool party theme. (Says the girl who is the only person on the planet never to have watched an episode…)

Never trust the living. Ever.

Galaxy pumpkins have returned, and I have to admit…I absolutely love this trend!

A few years ago, my mom picked up a similar ceramic cauldron, and we turned it into this gorgeous centerpiece.

At Home had some really neat kitchen items, like this watercolor witch boot serving tray with a built-in dip bowl.

I also really liked these dip bowls and appetizer plates. (See 9 Halloween appetizers I’m dying to try!)

How darling is that witch cauldron? Long trays like this are great for parties, but I also like using them as trays on a bathroom counter to hold daily essentials and makeup.

And as long as we’re on my favorite things, I gasped when I saw these word cloud pumpkins. So unique and perfectly spooky!

My new home! (I’m pretty sure I make that joke every year when I share haunted house photos…)

An endcap of happiness.

You say Halloween decor. I say new bedroom decor!

Where to find these Halloween goodies
Find something you can’t live without? All items in this post are available at At Home. Find your local store – if there isn’t one near you, keep an eye on that page because they have been growing like crazy in the past few years!
I’m betting if you keep an eye on the seasonal section of the website, you’ll see some Halloween goodies there too. Unfortunately, they do not sell items online so you will have to venture to a store to find your treasure.
By the way, if you scroll to the bottom of At Home’s homepage, you can get 10% off a purchase when you join their mailing list.
Wondering when Halloween will hit your favorite store’s shelves?
I’ve got a cheat sheet in my summer 2019 Halloween Zine just for that! Download it now.
Then keep an eye on the blog – I’ll be sharing more early collections soon (looking at you, Cracker Barrel!) and starting Friday, Aug. 2, I’ll be posting a Halloween Hunting blog every Friday through the end of September from all our favorite major stores.
Happy hunting,

Kristin
I’m so glad you described the witch’s cauldron as “darling”! My friends said I was weird when I described a cartoon zombie as “cute”. But, things can be creepy and cute at the same time!

Needs more cobwebs! XD I’m just kidding. Or am I…anywhos! Thanks for the sneak peek! I recently found out that an AtHome opened up in SoCal, so now I’m really eager to sneak it while visiting the area during Midsummer Scream. I was so bummed seeing these AtHome updates with no means of being able to walk the aisles myself. Now, I’m excited to see what I can discover!

I am THRILLED for my California friends that they finally opened stores there! I can’t wait to hear what you think of it.
