Halloween Hunting: HomeGoods 2018 Halloween Collection

?>

There are few stores Halloween hunters look forward to visiting each season as much as HomeGoods. Their shelves are notorious for spotting hard-to-find Halloween treasures that are must-haves.

And this year is no exception. In fact, I’m still trying to get my hands on the spirit board items they have available (namely the ceramic mug, canister and cutting board/cheese plate…)

But that’s also part of the fun of Halloween hunting. Sure, I see stuff on Instagram and think, “OMG I HAVE to have that!” But I also enjoy the hunt. I’ve definitely made myself crazy trying to find things, and it’s made me feel super materialistic. (But let’s be real: #taurusprobs. I like pretty things.)

This year I’ve adopted a new approach: if I find something while out hunting, it was meant to be. If I don’t…I didn’t need it. (So far, that’s working well.)

It’s been a few weeks since I dropped into a HomeGoods, but here’s what I was finding early on in the season.

I LOVE the “I put a spell on you” label.

EEK!

I really dig this guy. I just feel like he’s SEEN some stuff, y’know? Those eyes are a little crazy and the smile is a little off…but charming.

One of these years, I’m finally going to cave and come home with a haunted typewriter…

HomeGoods has had LOTS of headless horseman goodies this year.

I’m usually not one for cat items, but this guy’s grin is adorable.

Forever obsessed with these mugs!

Summon me ALL the cheese, please!

I still can’t quite get into the snowglobe trend happening this year…

It me!

Where to find these Halloween goodies

Find something you can’t live without? All items in this post are available at HomeGoods – but just in case you aren’t familiar, every HomeGoods store doesn’t have the same inventory. You may not be able to find all the items in my post at your local store, which you can find right here.
