Vintage-Inspired Halloween Party with Beistle

?>

Another Halloween season is just around the corner which means NOW is the time to start thinking about Halloween parties! Have you started planning yours yet?

The decor in this sponsored post was provided by The Beistle Company.

Planning Halloween parties is my favorite. In fact, I’ve written an entire e-course on how to plan a killer one! Learn more over here. You can also join my Facebook group for Halloween parties.

This Halloween season I’m hoping to bring you guys more party ideas, and today we’re kicking that off with a gorgeous vintage-inspired Halloween party set-up using a ton of amazing pieces from The Beistle Company! My new friend Heidi was kind enough to send me some treats, and it got me all excited for October.

Here’s the vintage-inspired party set-up I put together:

So much fun, right? I love Beistle Halloween decor because it brings back so many memories of decorating for Halloween with my mom as a girl. Die-cuts were always a huge part of our holiday decor – we had certain ones that went on everyone’s bedroom doors for Halloween and Christmas. And I’m pretty sure the honeycomb ghost she still hangs from the living room fan is from Beistle!

I know a lot of you have a soft spot for this style of decor too. I hope today’s party idea is a fun bit of nostalgia for you.

Keep reading through the end of the blog post for links to all the products I used, available on partycheap.com which is owned by The Beistle Company.

How much fun is that skeleton? And he’s jointed, so you can pose him any way you want!

I also love these skeleton treat boxes. Their bodies are shaped like a coffin, and their arms and legs stick in the side. What a cute favor for your party guests!

Recipe Sneak Peek:

I’ve wanted to make a fall snack mix for ages, and this one includes some of my favorites! Recipe – if you can even call it that – will be shared on the blog soon.

This was a test batch of an apple cranberry cocktail I’ve been dreaming up. It still needs a little work before it’s ready for the blog, but its gorgeous ruby hue was perfect for this party.

When I knew I was doing a vintage-inspired party, I decided it was time to whip up some Halloween classics. These popcorn balls only took three ingredients and would be SO easy to customize! Recipe coming soon.

This bark might be my favorite thing I made for this post! I’ve also been dying to make autumn-themed one. This dark chocolate bark includes dried cranberries, roasted pumpkin seeds and a sprinkle of sea salt. It is divine. (The candy apples were made from a kit I scored for free at the grocery store last October…still mastering the art of candy and caramel apples over here.)

Vintage Party After Dark

love using lights to decorate for my Halloween parties! They add such a great ambiance, and my candy corn string was perfect for this party. I just snaked it across the table before placing all my items, and it looked great when I turned out all the lights!

I really like the black cat decor, I’ve always loved that image. I almost bought some vintage postcards at an antique store once, but they were so expensive!

Great work Miranda! We love it. Halloween is all about black and orange decoration. We can’t picture our Halloween without orange pumpkins, black witches and cats. The colors symbolize fun yet frightful celebration. Wish we could have the recipe too.

THANK YOU!! I’m throwing an 80s Horror Film themed party for Halloween this year and finding decent priced vintage-y type decor has been tricky. (Those e-bay folks really like their vintage stuff…) This is super helpful and really, really cute!
