Review: Halloween Night by L.A. Meagher

?>

Halloween night was my favorite as a girl. And, if I'm honest, it's still my favorite as a 30-something-year-old woman! There's always a palpable magic in the air on the night of October 31st.

As a lover of that feeling, I look for as many things as possible to make it come alive the rest of the year.

My latest find? The book “Halloween Night” by L.A. Meagher.

This children’s book follows the tale of goblins, ghosts and ghouls as they prepare themselves for Halloween-filled festivities. Their preparation involves mastering the skills of trick-or-treating and how to scare those they meet.

Now that I have a young niece and nephew, I also keep an eye out for Halloween books that I can share with them. I hope I can teach them about the fun side of Halloween and help raise them to love it just as much as me.

I look forward to sharing “Halloween Night” with them this October!

What I really love, though, is that Meagher’s own childhood experiences led to her writing this children’s book. In fact, she began the book as a child and, with the encouragement of her family, finished it to make it into a book.

You can purchase “Halloween Night” by L.A. Meagher on Amazon.

The book sounds fun. What age range would you say it was good for Miranda? I have three grandchildren, ages 8, 6 and 2.

It’s very cute! The text is pretty simple, so it’s probably best for the youngest grandchild. I think all three would enjoy it, though. :)

I love this book! It was so cute to read to my students and now I can’t wait to read it to my baby girl. :]
