NOTE: The status of many of these boxes has changed since this was originally posted. I do my best to update posts like these when I find a change in service, but it is best to visit the subscription box website you’re interested in to confirm they are still active.
There is a subscription box for everything these days. And I do mean everything. (Trust me, I’ve Googled.) Luckily for Halloween fiends like you and me, that includes subscription boxes celebrating our favorite day of the year.
Yes, really! I think you’ll be surprised by how many there are.
Today I’ve rounded up 11 boxes that are perfect for every Halloween need you have, whether you’re a die-hard horror fan, are obsessed with pumpkin-everything or love spooky beauty products. Let’s get right into them.

Boxes are listed in alphabetical order. Some boxes may have an additional shipping cost, which I have done my best to indicate. Some may also have shipping restrictions, such as only being available in a particular country. Please review the box website and policies carefully before subscribing.
Cost: $20 + shipping for standard box, $40 + shipping for deluxe coffin box
Black Box, which could also be named the goth box, includes goodies “for your dark desires”. There are two tiers: the standard box, which includes six goth-inspired items, and the deluxe coffin box, which includes 10. Goodies range from jewelry and accessories to candles, make-up, art and more. I love that each box has a theme, so you’ll always get a collection of new treats.
Box of Dread
Box of Dread comes from the horror-lovin’ folks over at Dread Central. Each month, subscribers receive a box of horror-themed merch and collectibles, some of which are only for Box of Dread subscribers. Items include collectible posters, enamel pins, comics and even Funkos! You can check out more of what they offer on their website.
Glamour Ghoul Box
Cost: $30 + shipping
Make-up lovers, this one is for you. The Glamour Ghoul Box is jam packed full of spooky cosmetics you will love that also happen to be cruelty-free and handmade by independent sellers! You might also find extra spooky goodies, like zipper pouches and candles mixed in with your glamourous treats.
Cost: Starts at $21.99
Decorations, collectibles, movies, music…the Hallow-Fiend box is your cure to fighting away the Halloween blues when it isn’t October. Each month has a theme, so you’ll get a variety of items throughout the year. It also doesn’t hurt that the box was created by a guy who just wanted a little Halloween year-round!

Just in case you haven’t run across it before, expect to receive toys, decor, accessories, T-shirts and more. The thing that makes Horror Block unique? They’re not just sharing horror items they think you’ll love – they’re also hoping to introduce you to new horror movies, books and TV shows with each month’s box. Mister Ghost’s Highly Enviable Monthly Parcel
I only recently discovered – and subsequently fell in love with – Evil Supply Co., a biz dedicated to spooky office and craft supplies and paper goods. Thanks to an Instagram follower, I was pleased to discover their subscription box! Each month you’ll received one themed box full of goodies like notebooks, postcards, magnets, art prints and more. Plus, each box is full of items not found in the Evil Supply Co. store!
Parcel of Terror
Handmade horror items are what you’ll find in your Parcel of Terror! From stickers and T-shirts to art prints and other assorted items, you can be sure every last goodie in this subscription box is a true original no other horror fan will have yet – or see ever again.
The Pumpkin Batch*
Okay, pumpkin spice cult, this one is for you. Need your pumpkin fix year-round? Subscribe to The Pumpkin Batch for a box of four pumpkin goodies and treats delivered to you month after month! Discover a pumpkin item you can’t live without? Buy it on The Pumpkin Batch website! You can also send a Pumpkin Batch box as a one-time gift to your favorite PS-lovin’ friend.
* As of March 15, 2017, The Pumpkin Batch has suspended their monthly subscription. However, they still have LOTS of pumpkin goodies available for purchase on their website. Still well worth checking out if you love all things pumpkin.
Spooky Box Club
This was probably the first Halloween-y subscription box I ever came across…and the one I’d most love to subscribe to. If it’s spooky AND cute, it’s in this box. Goodies range from enamel pins and book plates to art prints and candy. One recent box I saw on Instagram even included a DIY bat-wing kit for adding wings to your favorite combat boots – cute! (P.S. You can also score past boxes.)
Witch Baby Soap Spell Box
You’ll have to be on top of your game to snag a Witch Baby Soap Spell Box! These subscriptions go out four times a year and can be purchased individually OR for a full year (which gets you a 10% discount!). Each includes custom made bathbombs – one for each full moon during the season you’re purchasing it for – plus other Witch Baby Soap samples and witchy treats.
So now comes the million dollar question…
Which Halloween-y subscription box would you pick?
I hope this post has introduced you to at least one you’d never heard of! I’ll continue to keep my eyes peeled for more to share with you guys.
